Company Introduction

Dr. Sarraga was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he spent most of his life. Dr. Sarraga made a decision at a very early age to follow in his grandfather's footsteps and pursue a profession in the art of medicine and surgery. Also before going into medical school, Dr. Sarraga was fascinated by surgery; he invested all his summers offering in the operating room at the Cardiovascular Center in Puerto Rico. After completing his undergraduate studies in Chicago, he went to medical school at the University of Puerto Rico, where he obtained many awards consisting of membership in the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and remaining in the top 10 percent of his class.

Dr. Sarraga after that completed a full general surgery residency at the Universty of Puerto Rico, where he was identified as trainee of the year during his teaching fellowship year. While training at the oncologic hospital, he was first subjected to breast reconstruction. Right after he determined that plastic surgery was his calls. Dr. Sarraga felt that recovering a female's sense of self after she had undertaken a mastectomy procedure by reconstructing her breasts was a vitally important part of her eventual complete "cure" and recuperation process. During his in 2015, he was chosen amongst his peers as Administrative Chief Resident and soon later on ended up being Board Certified in General Surgery.

Dr. Sarraga after that went North to finish his plastic surgery residency at the prestigious University of Massachusetts in New England. During his last year of training, he was again acknowledged as Administrative Chief Resident amongst his peers.
